Returns and Refunds


To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, you will need to email within 7 days of delivery to alert us of the reason for the return.

Proof of damage will need to be accompanied by photos, which can be sent to support@ajnunies during the alert or request.

Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns will be handled per case.

Well can not accept Returns, Conduct Exchanges, or Process Refunds for any of the following reasons:

Change of Preference for purchase;

No Longer wish to have the item;

Broken by Family, Friend, Pet;

Customized Work, once processed. All Custom Designs and Work are Non-Refundable.

In the case of an exchange, please allow an additional 7-10 days for a replacement, once processed. please note; a processing fee for exchange may be incurred if an exchange is for the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong design. As these are not in our ability to control.

You have 7 days from receipt of delivery to submit a request for Return.

Requests for Return should be sent to, with the reason for the return.

Items are required to be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and in the original packaging.


Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 72 hours on the status of a refund.

If you are due a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 24 hours of acceptance.


In the rare event of an exchange, we would initiate the exchange within 24 hours after authorization was obtained. New Shipping Information would be Given via the Accounts Page, or via an email.


You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. Shipping fees and costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, it will be less the shipping fees.
